PEOPLE HELPING PEOPLE IN GOLDENDALE
Every Monday and Wednesday evening, the people come. They come to cook. They gather in the kitchen with their supplies and the first thing they do is pray, pray for those who come to eat. They come to FEED THE HUNGRY. The hungry come because they are hungry. Nothing is asked of these people. They are not asked their financial status. They are not asked to show their income tax. Nothing is ever said to them about Jesus, nothing is ever said to them about attending our church, but some ARE attending church, these people see the love of Jesus in those serving them.
David Carl, Ministries leader, is heading this compassionate crusade to help the needy. He arranges for a group of members coming twice a week to cook and serve the needy.
Another expansion is to cut wood for the needy. David needs only a request to arrange this wood cutting. He already has a wood cutting session arranged to help these women. Wood will be delivered to their doors.
This program is operated by the generous donations of church members. God tells these people the needs. Donations come in without being asked. “Before they call, He will answer.”
